May 24th • Both the Nanaimo and Lantzville dojos will be closed for Victoria Day, you can make up classes at any other classes for the same belt level


June 6th • CANCELLED


June 18th • Next Grading. This grading is for all kyu belts. Remember to bring all your sparring gear and be early, if you are late you will not be permitted to grade.
All 11 and under will be from 6:15 - 7:30
All 12 and up and Green Belts and up will be from 7:30 - 8:30


June 25th • Weapons Grading at the Shima Nanaimo dojo, 7:00pm


July 2nd to July 4th • The IKGA Annual Camp will be hosted by Shima Karate Schools this year, it will be at the Oliver Woods Community Hall in Nanaimo.
This is an incredible opportunity for Shima students to receive instruction from some of the best instructors in Canada
Register by June 11th to receive the camp t-shirt
