Edward Graham

Born February 20th 2000, Edward Graham was raised in Nanaimo, B.C. After seeing his cousins do martial arts at a young age he wanted to follow, finding a karate dojo in Lantzville spearheaded by Sensei Maxumchuck. For a couple years Eddie trained with the Shima family in Lantzville until he moved to his current dojo, Shima Karate, in Nanaimo.

In the year of 2015 Edward successfully graded for his black belt (Shodan-Ho) and is currently training to better himself and the people around him. In the past Edward has participated in many sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball and fencing but the two sports that are his passion are dirt biking and karate.

Edward has been to the Canadian Nationals for Dirt Biking and to Provincials for Karate. He feels the sports that he now enjoys can provide local and national opportunities for him in the future wherever he may be.
